It's that time of year again when the BLM auctions off or gives away wild American horses and Burros.

I saw some extendo stirrups on Amazon! :p I met him there as well, pretty neat guy, for a tall guy:)
A friend of mines son race's S x S's and is sponsored by Polaris and all the after market companies that make them race-able, they give him three a year, he's hard core. He test drove a Textron Wild Cat XX, came home and told his Dad that he may switch, he said the Wild Cat XX is race ready out of the crate. Wow! Hope Honda has been keeping up with the Wild Cat XX. The Wild Cat has been taking quite a few S x S awards of the year from some of the magazines.

I used to have a 16.5 hand paint Percheron. A French bred war horse. Warm Blood Draft horse. His name when I got him was Fresno. He was huge and he was Psycho. I bought him from an ex girlfriend for $1.00 He ended up costing me a lot more. He had hooves the size of dinner plates and would try to throw you while crow hopping then stomp you for thinking it was ok to ride him. His brother went on to win a bunch of prestigious Dressage awards. I had a Mustang named Snort, a quarter horse named Buster and another named Sundaze. Plus two Jerusalem donkeys; Eyeore and Eleanor. Pigs, goats, sheep etc...

Stopped by the local Textron dealer ship today and looked at the Wild Cat XX, it's one bad machine, that runs a Yamaha 1000 engine and puts out 120 hp, not the rig for me, I think it's built just for racing. I really like the Havoc though, comes with 30 inch, 8 ply tires and winch stock. Listed at a little under $ 17,000.00 The Talon is going to have to be real special to keep up with Textron line up, not to mention Polaris is way behind now, Textron for a limited time comes with a two warranty

Never saw this thread till today. I adopted a donkey and a 6 month old horse. I about 1000 or more hours in training the horse. The donkey we had to put down after having some type of stroke. This is a great program.

It shall soon be known as the Pull-aris. Designed to be towed by a horse or in similarity to a Donkey cart. It'll be known as either a single HP, or however many equines required to convey it appropriately down the track...
