Hi folks, I'm new to the forum. I have a 2021 700-4 Deluxe, and am working on replacing the bushings in all 4 doors. I tried using a torx t-40 bit to remove the hinges, but to no avail. It stripped out. It has a little play in it, but a torx t-45 is too big. It's crazy tight from the factory.
Did anyone else run into this issue, and what'd you do to get these bolts out?

Thanks!

My 2014 700-4 has socket head/allen head bolts. Removed mine the first time with a 3/8 drive ratchet.

I’m pretty sure they are hex sockets not torx. 6mm sounds about right. Use penetrating oil. Mine were hammered on there. Had to re tap threads passenger side. 😎

Have taken mine off twice and swore I'd never do it again. Yeah, nothing fits them right. When you find the one that fits there's still some slop in it and like @Mudwing said, they're torqued super tight!

Quick update here. @Headhunterf100 was right; for my 2021 Pioneer 700 the bolts need a 6mm allen wrench. Had to use a heat gun to loosen up the crazy glue they put on the threads at the factory.
