I intend to install a 4,500# Warn winch (recovery and climbing) to the front of my P1000-5 and a 3,500# Warn winch to the rear (recovery only). I typically prefer OEM mounts and harnesses whenever possible, but in this case after reading the instructions (P1k - Winch Mount Kit - 08L72-HL4-A04 - Instructions) I'm open to consider both aftermarket and custom options.
What are my options?
Thanks,

Check out tiger tail winch not very costly but could be handy in recovery. No motor though.

My primary objective is finding quality mounts and harnesses to make the installation clean and efficient, ideally with sealed connections.

I've got the warn 4500 as well. Ebay item from years back three different rigs ago. The electronics it came with has just been transferred every time goes in smooth I didn't give into the hype of buying directly through dealer and glad I didn't as the Honda setup is way harder install. Used kfi mount 50$ works great.we use it every weekend hard some climb but mainly skidding and recovery. I've broke three cables on just this vehicle so far the warn still flawless and the kfi holds the beast great no damage.
