I get sad when they drive by. When the pull in the driveway my wife thinks "oh great, what did he order now haha".SWEET!! Keep us posted as it comes together...
I'm always saddened when the UPS or FedEx truck passes by without stopping and leaving man toys...
Sweet ride!View attachment 26177
That's the wife's ride, 86 corvette. Usually my 78 Firebird is sitting next to it!
Thanks! We put mine in storage so the wife could put her minivan in the garage. Once all the parts are on, the sXs will get moved to the back shed.Sweet ride!
Looking forward to seeing your progress on the sxs. Thanks! We put mine in storage so the wife could put her minivan in the garage. Once all the parts are on, the sXs will get moved to the back shed.
I'm hoping all the cables that came with the winch are long enough. I didn't get the extended harness because I thought the battery was up front like the 1000 but it's under the passenger seat.Looking forward to seeing your progress on the sxs.
Very nice!!!View attachment 26177

Looks good and clean. Just need heat shrink on those connectors.View attachment 26573 View attachment 26572 Got the winch on tonight. I just wired the red (key on) wire directly to the battery for the moment, made sure it worked. I think I'm going to splice it into the 12v accessorie plug to finish it up. Is that the white wire? I also used someone's truck to swap out the red/black wires and there blue/yellow wires due to length. Works just fin
Yup, didn't have any laying around so I'll have to grab some. One thing I've noticed on the pioneer compared to my commander is these are way easier to wire things and even install stuff inside the frame such as a winch. A lot of open space.Looks good and clean. Just need heat shrink on those connectors.
