Question for the gurus though. I ran the neg for 2nd battery to the engine ground point and the ground for the ground bar to the neg of stock battery. These points are electrically the same but should I ground the winch contactor to the ground bar or run it back to the engine ground?

I ran my negative for the second battery to the stock motor location and then grounded my winch battery and negative buss to the second battery ground.

I can't believe that you covered up that IMPORTANT warning label with your electrical block??????
How are you going to get warned?

Looking good!!!!!!

What's the solenoid for? Are you using a switch to activate the second battery?

Yes. I'm going to have a DPDT switch that controls the solenoid no accessory gets power unless that switches on.
It's a 300A continuous duty golf cart solenoid.
