P1000 First night ride

Hit the trail around 7:00 pm Saturday night and rode until 11:30. Three of us (rzr, Kawasaki terex, and my pioneer).

Awesome trails and great fun. It was dark so only got one picture at the overlook towards shelvyvile TN near I24...

Even this picture wasn't good and that was with a guys 50" LED...

Best part is stopping at an overlook and building a fire to make popcorn and shoot the breeze.

We also ended up pulling a Toyota Tacoma and Suzuki samurai out of a mud hole (they had a few too many)

Sounds great but I have to have my cv boot fixed again.... :-( same axle except the boot on the differential side looks to have slid off or separated or something. :-(

Wow that sucks. I haven't really inspected mine lately so guess I'd better give it a good going over. It'll be 2nd or 3rd week of next month before I switch to days. I'll actually get to sleep with the wife 3 nights a week lol.

@Marine660 holler at me next time y'all plan a Saturday night ride. I don't get off until 7:30 but I can load up the night before. Can't stay out really late as 4:45am comes awfully early but I can swing a couple hours. Really wanting to try my hand at a night ride. The one we took at the Takeover was my first ever and really enjoyed it.

This weekend sounds ripe! I am trying to get my new light bar installed and then friday or saturday night woukd be awesome!

Anyone have a prefernece?

As to the light bar....i think i may have to fabricate some bracket or something to mount to... bar is 50" curved and doesnt quite reach rops...

I'm gonna have to bow out on this weekend. Wife is being promoted to the line and has training on Saturdays. Doubt I can find a sitter by then. She will be officially hired by Nissan and making some killer money. Maybe next time.

We are pretty happy about it. I'm gonna stay with Yates maintenance and she'll be with Nissan. Yates has better insurance. So hopefully around this time next year I'll be driving a leased 4door Cummins powered Titan lol
