P1000m5 Fixed my seat belt chime.

Super good part, shipped fast, works as advertised.
Unlatch seat here.

Remove this tray. Which must be a newer model thing because I have never seen a picture of this before.

Disconnect plug on the lower right attached at the brace between driver and center seat.
I folded it back on its own harness and zip tied it.

I’ll get a cap for the exposed female end.

Mine is a 22 and I have the under seat cover…but no chime. I got the adapter to override the no seatbelt speed limiter from the Club Store.

There is a chime now? That would drive me crazy.

Edit: Wouldn't just disconnecting it (vs shorting it with a jumper) mean it always chimes/limits speed?

I don't recall my '23 ever chiming? The speed limiter is annoying enough....

Yours only chimes when you go over big boulders, especially on the right side.

What is that seat tray? Is that new for '22? That system looks nice. My '19 has a thin useless rubber piece. I put the thick rubber heat shield in that is sold here but that is a clean looking trim.

Those are a 22+ thing. It still gets warm so I put a trigger shield over mine.
