Ghost space?

This ghost space occasionally appears at random. I have tried to examine the code using the inspector but as soon as I click into it, the space disappears. As soon as I scroll down the space disappears.

I am using Google Chrome.
I have not tried another browser. But plan to use firefox all day today.

Anyone else seeing this?

I have have had this issue for some time. Today I give up and opened a ticket with the theme designer looking for a solution.
