I wanted to use the boot that I already had from my atv so This is what I came up with. I cut a piece of 1 1/2" angle 30" long and cut angles in the end to prevent shart edges. I the put 5/16" stainless bolts through the bottom holes of the headrest with flat washers and bolted the angle up. I then just bolted the atv rack mount to the angle and wala. It doesn't affect the bed tilting and doesn't protrude enough to hinder a passenger from getting in.
