Cheers! Spent all day at the hospital with the wife while she had shoulder surgery. So glad to be home!

In the continuing saga and the slow drip n drain of the honey. After crushing all the honey filled combs, I strained it through some cheese cloth and a colander into a large stock pot and let sit for two days. Most of the honey has separated and drained into the pot but there’s still a fair amount in there, so now the colander is setting at an angle and I formed a drainage area within. Hopefully with this method of forced angled gravity draw, it will separate more of the honey from the crushed combs. The excitement that is my life.....stay tuned for the next exciting excursion into the flow of mo’ Golden Deliciousness!

Tankless suck up here. Ground water is a lot colder here. And they don't put out the gpm more than 2 people require.

Talking gas Tankless, what the ambient temperature of the water coming in, we have 45 in the dead of winter, with a Rinnai RU199i 5.0 gpm will supply two showers nonstop until you run out of money. What is the ambient temperature of your in coming water?

About 36 -38. You run a shower don't turn on the clothes washer.

We usually require about 90 deg rise. And our water here is 23 g hardness so if you run out of salt in the softener you need a service call.

At that you should still get 2.8 gpm. and endless showers? Bet 36 kills tank water heaters?

Dang! We usually require a 70-75 deg rise and our water is 7.5 to 8.00 g hardness. You need to move! HA!

MOVE SOUTH ours is 62 year round....15grains and Tannins but 2backwash filters for hardness and tannin work just fine. I could get more GPM if I had better tools to work with PEX. My filter plumbing works and is leak free but I’m not posting a picture of it to get judged and shamed.

Same reason I wont pull the hood on my pioneer in public anymore. If it doesn't leak or in my case the lights stay on though 4' of water were good, anything more is either a waste of time or for bragging.
