Yes you have to pick the diet for you or you will fail everytime.

I used to weigh 315 then got to 207 and now have leveled out around 255. Im trying to get to around 225.

And from what I have seen over the years if folks fail on the diet they gain back more weight than they started with. I never did the diet thing. I was always 215 in the winter and 195-200 in the summer.

Yep I've been 190 of skin bone and dick since high school!

Made it back from Wilmington, NC this past Wednesday and still trying to catch up on posts... barely made it back in time to get in a part I've been waiting for since ordering it on New Years day!!

Also @Ragnar406, I brought something back from NC that you recommended - we've not had a chance to cook any up yet but I can't wait to try it (also got the "hot" flavor right before leaving but I'd already taken this picture).

Lol, they were talking about a condition called Keto Crotch on the radio the other day. Apparently this diet messes with a woman's PH levels and gives them rotten crotch.

My wife has been doing the keto and it's tough really screws with the body.

My wife will make a Keto pizza “fathead” and it is really good. I stay on a keto / Adkins Lo carb majority of the time. Then I go to New York for a week and get tossed off and it takes a couple to get back on. Actually started back the process yesterday again . I just feel better when I don’t eat carbs.

The Talon is super cool for its intended purpose but just wouldn't do what we would require of it. Personally if I was going to get one it would be the green. I just like that color.
