My very good friend split up with his old lady and I’m helping him out with shelter for a while. That, and it’ll be nice to have someone here to maintain everything for the family while I’m looking to make a move elsewhere and traveling. It’s also nice having company here at the farm. Anyway he just got this 1970 Ford F 100 Ranger. Beautiful it is and awesome it sounds. The ceiling is from a Mustang. It is missing a few trim pieces, but overall, at this point, I’m actually jealous. It’s a really nice truck. He has a nice older Harley as well. I might drag him to the Takeover if he can take time off of work.

That looks like a nice ol Ford.
Just so you know the Harley won’t do well at the Takeover

Gotta love a classic, even if it is a Ford. Whoever mounted the speakers in those doors needs to be shot!

I’m going to do a dual battery but there’s no way I’ll have it done before the Takeover. Skid plate shipped today and I’m winch shopping right now. The main thing I’m trying to accomplish is it being trail worthy...or as close as I can get.

Wait till after Takeover for the electrical upgrades. Take your time and plan it out. Just get the skids on, if you can’t get a winch installed, don’t worry. Enough rigs there to help you out if you get stuck.

Relax and enjoy the Takeover. Install the skids, have a tire repair kit, and a tool kit with essential items for your machine and you’ll be fine.
