Looks sexy back there. Don’t worry all it’s strapped in lol.
Bringing Sammy’s bike into my buddy’s Yamaha dealer for some goods. After last weekends side project he owes me big.
Very excited to get something done, daughter deserves it. New tires, carb adjust, suspension tune for her weight and a full check up. 250x is the tallest of the mx bikes and she’s been only 5.5 and 105 so trying to lower this pig.
Not sure I’m going to let her ride it this next weekend, it’s along abusive ride and might borrow a bike for her but we’ll see.

Desert 100 in Odessa Wa. It’s where it all started for us. Been making the event as a family since ‘03 except the last 2 years. Going with friends and family and this year @popeye and his family with friends is making it. Over 12000 people should be in attendance camping in the desert this year.

Have to zoom in and still hard to see but campers/tents are 3 miles wide and 3/4 mile deep parked closely. It’s a spectacle.

It’s no wonder you’re impervious to dust
Doesn’t bother our family you know that. You’ve rode some s***ty conditions with us on occasion. I’ve never understood people not riding when it’s dusty or cold or hot or rainy, that kills off half the season. It’s supposed to rain this weekend and we’re all going. Rain means no dust so screw it.
I remember one year it never stopped raining and just continued on. Dirtbike doesn’t have roof or windshield lol.

I threw a gallon of milk from the store back of there last week and almost forgot. I turned my signal on and pulled over to a safe spot where people could easily get around me and turned on my 4ways. I jumped up in there and ratchet strapped it down with two straps crossing the box. As I was crossing over it to get out my carabiner that was connected to a cable on the inside of the box (safety first) snagged a beer can. Thank god I found that thing! I grabbed two more straps and secured that. Then I used a couple more ratchet straps to secure the securing straps just as a caution. Finally! Wheew. As I got back into the truck I noticed the back of groceries and a tool box in back seat loose. f***! I quickly ran across the steer after looking both ways and using a crosswalk very carefully and proceeded into the store for 4 more ratchet straps. Got back to the truck and strapped the groceries and tools to the back floorboard down low Incase straps broke they wouldn’t be flying at me in the cab. Got those suckers tight!
Strapped my seatbelt and realized the age of that. Didn’t want my body to fly into another vehicle in case of accident so a added one additional ratchet strap to myself for the love of everything holy. After using the left hand blinker I safely merged into traffic and brought my speed up to 5.5 under the limit, hey loaded down like that you gotta be safe and that was best for following distance. Once I got closer to home I stopped and called my wife, she came up with the chaser rig with lights off n it so we could get home safely. What an ordeal and such a close one! But we made it. Safety first!
Treat all loads as if they are the same. Hell I strap my cigarettes into the ashtray just in case of rollover. You just never know brother!

Dude seriously nothing to laugh at. I’m disappointed in you. A vehicle could overturn at any minute due to well placed missle from China, the road erupting from underground buildup of lava or at least a couple other things. Trick is to be ready for the end times
