The freaking best ever, corned beef and cabbage. It tastes like butter nectar. I brined it for 24 hours with crushed bay leaves, juniper berries, cinnamon, sage, rosemary, cardamon, mustard seeds, garlic, salt and pepper, red wine and an IPA. Slow cooked it for 4 hours. It's made with turkey stock, cabbage carrots onions and celery. Absolutely freaking magical flavor!
