Happy I left a bunch of frozen stuff for when I returned. Sea Scallops and Squid sautéed with olive oil, butter, garlic, green onion, cilantro, crushed red pepper, fresh squeezed lemon juice, salt and fresh ground pepper. Served with steamed asparagus and jasmine rice cooked with red quinoa and topped with fresh cilantro. Omg it’s forking yummy!

Was riding around the homestead with my 4.5 year old, she’s in her car seat and tied in with seat belts “just like daddy” (the retractable harnesses finally fit her).

I hit a small bump that’s just the right shape to get a good slow mo jump out of the pioneer and she is giggling screaming “faster”. We probably spent 5mins jumping it.

I have a feeling she’s going to cost me A LOT of money in SxS parts in a few years.

At that age I’d get her on a dirt bike. The sooner they learn the better down the road.
We started all the kids early, daughter was the youngest at 18months on gas powered quad. Chinese 50 copy worked well because it had remote kill/start. She moved onto pw50 at 3. Then moved up. Hadn’t crashed until about 6 but it wasn’t bad. Learned respect on a bike. Big fan of kids learning on a bike, it hurts less
