OMG I’m a genius! Fook I create some amazing food! Par boiled calamari tossed in with stir fried sesame oil, fresh ginger, sweet onion, lychees (Asian fruit), bamboo shoots, garlic, crushed red pepper, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, and Bragg’s amino acids. Threw on some freshly chopped green onion and Served it with chicken bone broth/coconut oil- cooked jasmine rice topped with fresh cilantro. Wish I had a roasted red pepper to finish it off but alas, they were but a memory of a long ago consumed meal.....
