Thanks to @Tramguage1 and his advice that you have to just keep playing with the flux capacitor in order to get it adjusted correctly.....
I finally got it shifting and the indicator lights all working..... would not work when adjusted according to the book

Hey @hoghead76 .... did you see this posting about the Union Pacific 4014 ... big boy steam engine touring the southwest..... quite a lot of postings on you tube and stuff if you are impressed by the biggest steam engines ever built....

Yea ,They are impressive if you have not seen one up close they are well worth the trip
to go see.
I was a pilot for one of the steam engines when it came thru the UP line from Wichita to Ft Worth

Caught it a few weeks ago as it rolled through Casa Grande on the way to Tucson. Almost missed it, so didn't really get a good video or pics...
