Congrats. Just remembered you can't use any four letter words in customer service. And most 3 letter words are out too. So don't call someone a dumb a$$ because the F'd something up. Polo shirts and loafers... No more Coors Light pin up calendars in the tool box. LOL. You deserve to be a leader.... go for it!

Thanks Windrock and everyone it's appreciated. I am pretty excited. Been in the field for nearly 30 years so this is welcomed.

Congratulations @CumminsPusher I still remember my first shot at management. It's a tough gig in a completely different way. I wish you nothing but the best and hope it's WAY MORE riding time for you in the future.
