Awesome rolling with my daughter for the first time on cement. She could obviously ride a dirt bike and Sxs but proved she could hang with the boys on the track as well. Can’t wait to get her in a real car on the track next year. Super proud and she can’t quit talking about it, turned out to be a good New Years.

Not how I wanted to start the new year . Think we are going to have to put our cat Max down in the next day or so. He stopped eating and couldn't hold anything down so the wife took him to the emergency vet yesterday and the prognosis isn't good. Really sucks because my toddler keeps asking about him and loves that little bastard. He's only 7 years old, so I'm hoping he'll pull through and I won't have to worry about explaining it to her; I'll know for sure tomorrow afternoon after they give him an ultrasound.

Something going on with his liver. He'd lost some weight and was throwing up bile for a couple days but I figured his dumbass had drank the water from the Christmas Tree. Wish we'd brought him to the vet when we first noticed it but he's relatively young and has always been healthy. He's a tough little dude though so I'm hoping that we get some good news tomorrow. We ended up with him when he was 7 weeks old because some piece of s*** threw a pregnant cat out their car window in a trash bag. My buddy's wife went to check the mail and found the momma cat and 4 kittens in the bag. Two made it and I took one since it looked just like our cat.

Yeah buying this stuff isn't putting me on the fast track to retirement lol. But it's my dream truck so why not. Plus with the distance we travel frequently for riding the huge back seat will be welcome.

Taken care of properly that truck will last for many Hundreds Thousands miles. My 2017 has 217,000 mi. and not a hiccup. others in my profession are in the 700,000 to 800,000mi. range!

Family, friends, Sacred Heart nursing supervisor confirm man involved in ORV accident has died

This just happened today at a very popular orv park just miles from my house. Not my kind of place it’s just too crowded.
Today was a bad day, actually kind of a freak accident apparently it just laid over making a turn. Was known well by friends. Luckily his son was wearing his belt, but going to be toughest on him.

What's even sadder is the number of people who refuse to wear seatbelts, including co workers. And the lengths they go to to NOT wear them. I just don't get it.

Also saw an article of a guy up in WV who had crashed and killed his wife. Charged with DUI and manslaughter.

My asshole cat decided it wasn't quite time for him to go on to the litter box in the sky just yet. We picked him up from the emergency vet this afternoon and he looked way better than when he went in on Tuesday. My little girl was ecstatic when she saw him and got to give him a hug; feeding tube and cone of shame be damned. Should pick him up tomorrow from the regular vet after he finishes his last round of meds. Thanks for the kind words and prayers forum friends.
