Whenever it is appropriate, tell her to drink a lot of water. If my wife doesn't drink a lot of water in the heat of the summer she gets those. She loves Coca- cola, that's coke in the South.

She’s really bad about not drinking the right stuff. Unfortunately she probably learned that from me so really my fault. Will be more diligent. Probably her too, she was screaming in pain so hopefully not again
