I started with a Dremel and a sandpaper bit. After I wasted a lot of time @Tigermark finally clued me in to Using a regular razor knife. A couple minutes later both sides were done...

Thanks - I was wondering if I would get a better cut with a hole saw bit but I will try the razor -
