Back when I was much shorter (and had two legs), we called that "Sunday Beer".

Many moons ago (very early 1980's), I lived in the Ozarks in SW Missouri, not too far outside of Branson. On Sundays, beer stores were only allowed to sell beer that was 3.2% alcohol content or less. You could walk into store and buy a six pack of Miller (3.2% abv), but you couldn't buy a six pack of Budweiser (5% abv). My understanding is that they have changed the laws since then, but beers like Miller will always be known as 'Sunday beer' to me.
