The Cummins almost left me stranded. Water in fuel light has been on for 2 months but until this morning has ran fine. Died on my way to work but hit the water drain and back under way. Changed fuel filter and found this beauty. Never seen something so bad. I wouldn't suggest this to many other engines
I wouldn’t suggest it with your motor either... dads did similar only without the light. Bottom of his fuel tank was nasty too. Ended up having to replace a pump from it. He’s careful where he fills up and uses additive semi-regular but a 2001 with 70k miles is bound to have a little algae.Well s***!
