Has any one had a decent result from an adhesion promoter and spray paint?

So im not looking to do my pannels on the rig but a cooler that slides into a holder that is a realy snug fit. I have to shove it down and yank it out to remove or install it. I found an adhesion promoter that people swear by when painting the plastics on their bikes or quads? 19155412db6c1ab163a9a5377375857b

I like that I was considering making something similar but with the cooler being part of it instead of an actual cooler.

I thought about it and i felt like the only way it would work decent was if it was made out of stainless. I wanted to stay as light as posible and aluminum dissipates heat way too much and figured theres a reason why you cant buy aluminum cooler from the store

I was considering ¼" ply, 1-2" insulation board, HDPE liner.

Have buddy linex it. Not aiming for a ORCA just something for that day and I'll refill from ORCA. It'd be lighter than , but give me more waterproof storage than the rotopax I had.
