Damn we showed up a little to late to test the ‘19 Yxz1000r, it just sold this morning. Dealer can’t get enough yet. Was able to check it out and it’s a very well built unit.
Spent a couple hours talking to the dealer who knows us well and I think he’s convinced me to buy a pre ‘19 with the Alba setup and a Rekluse. Said he hasn’t seen a clutch failure setup like that even in the slow paced area of Xmas hills. said unless you were balls to the wall the differences on the 19 can’t be noticed, other then factory gear reduction and prefers the front radiator of the pre 19 anyways.
A lot to think about. He did say he’d give us what we bought the Wolverine as trade in towards the 17k machine but the Wolverine isn’t going anywhere and I couldn’t do that to my daughter anyways, reguardless how bad I’d like a Sport.

Perfect timing on the site @Hondasxs!! Got thru my 10 hour drive and a nap..

The Pioneer would probably handle the tast a little better but it’s unavailable so my son has been giving the Wolverine a workout. He’s been using it to swap out the cab and box to his new truck. Proud of the way he can get things done with what’s laying around. Amazing what a sxs can help with.

I keep driving past a 90-93 extended cab dually everyday going to work. Should I stop and get you a phone number and price on it?
