At least it's only some sticks. 2 different friends got theirs caught on the power cables on the bottom of Lake Erie. had to cut off $700.00 anchor and leave it.

True. Took me a bit of powering off to break this free. Twice last week.

I have an anchor at the bottom of another lake that I couldn't free and had to cut loose.

How'd they know what they were hung up on?

It's only about 18' deep in that area and the windlass lifted it up to the point you could kind of see it before it stalled out. also on the nav. chart.
