Update: Primary was blown up and in pieces inside the cover.

He just put that new aftermarket primary on it a little over a year ago. It's a reputable company that the PoPo guys like, I guess. It had a year of warranty on it, but that's just past.

Rubber bands are for sleds, not buggies.
