Bet that's a sobering place.Back in NYC today for meeting tomorrow and Tuesday. Normally when I am here my schedule is pretty packed but today I found myself with the afternoon free so I went and visited Ground Zero and the 9/11 museum. Highly recommend it if you are ever up here. It definitely takes you back to that moment in time. Some of the best displays were in a no camera area - like the steel beam that was left standing in shape of cross etc. One thing I did like is there were quite a few school groups walking through it with guides. Good to see them learning about as I don’t think they were even alive when it happened.

For sure, I am not a NYC guy at all I think this place is too loud , there is no trees etc but walking down there today you could tell that area had a different vibe, it seemed much quieter than the rest of the city, not a lot of horns being honked etc.Bet that's a sobering place.
I put supers on mine today also. 7 out 7 hives alive and have brood. I lost 3 out of 4 last year. Hopefully I will get plenty of honey this year.I could make some honey mead and some candles....Oi got out and cleaned up some supers from last fall. Super sweet! The combs were crazy growing in every direction. I placed a new super on top of the hive body that made it through the winter. My other two hives got robbed by other bees. That’s where all this wax and honey is from.
In the 4th picture from the bottom you can see a bee in flight carrying a wad of pollen. Many of my fruit trees are in full bloom and the bees are loving it!

GREAT!Well gents, I think I’m gonna go ahead and take the leap of faith. Rules or no rules, I’m gonna sign on the dotted line tomorrow and will close in seven days. I have been very anxious these past few weeks. I’ll be very poor in funds soon but rich in land, home and spirit. IDANAHO In IDAHOME. Eeeeeek ! Been wanting this for some ten years now. Wish I hadn’t waited this long, but wish in one hand and carry a full bucket in the other. Anyway, you get the picture . The creek in these pictures is way off. The algorithm followed the contours. The creek actually follows western edge. Top right in top picture. Then cuts through the middle of the front parcel. I’ll have to build some Tarzan style tree huts for all my visitors in the back lots accessible by SXS. Did I mention that I like to build towers?

Haha ya Plummer was correct, both winches were in the garage. But to be fair I’m positive a winch wouldn’t have helped possibly rear winch but I doubt it. The snow was blowing up that hill at that spot and gaining depth by the minute, plus trees were too far off path. Tried shoveling couldn’t get any clearance, just got worse. Even had we not been high centered we would’ve been in seconds again. Mud is easy, snow is f***ed.Was there a winch (not like your going to winch 5 miles or anything)? Can't tell.

Might want to wait a couple of weeks. It’s supposed to have some 2-3’ of snow and with the thick canopy of trees, it may take a while longer to melt. I also want to close on it first before you guys step foot on it so it’s legally mine. But thanks buddy!Again congratulations! Some pix realtor sent. Beige house is before my driveway. Realtor said while he was out there, that there were people in SXS left and right. He did not walk into the heart of the property though. I wonder if I can drive my 500 across the long bridge to Sandpoint? 1st pix is the Eagles nest in the NW corner of property. Pavement picture (3rd) is Lakeshore dr..... Gravel rd in second pix is north Springs rd which bisects my land. Last picture is from the west side looking at two well heads. And into the heart of my land.Snow wouldn’t bother I thought it was close to road? We can wait i was just excited to get you some more pictures. Just tell me when
