New rules from govenors office no longer can u use Hatfield trails to cross to outlaw they will be issuing 100.00-2000.00 fine for doing so

I thought Outlaw Trails were county roads and not trails on private land....

That kind of reads like they are fining folks for being on the outlaw trails, not the hatfield trails?

There are several guys down there that do guided tours on the outlaws...any word on what they are doing with that information?

There are many intersections where you can jump off Hatfield to get right on outlaws and that's were they are issuing fines it doesn't matter that you have a pass or not if your caught fines are being given, also state troupers are now pulling people over after dark on county roads giving tickets

Are they trying to say If I have a HM permit and leave one of their trails and go to a trail that's not theirs I will be fined? Did I also read groups of permit holders are not to congregate on their trails either? What's next?

They put the outlaw trails crap on the back of everything, I got a couple friends that where down there last weekend business as usual , if they give u a ticket for being on a county road after dark magistrate will throw it out, nothin illegal about being on county road after dark
