Instal led interior lights and floor lights. Led light bar. Led back up. Emp rear bumper.4500 lbs kfi winch. 29 in. Big horns.

Trail armor skid installed.

Emp front bumper

Bildge pump for seat heat

2way radio installed


4 inches out of rops cage

Back together


A month and a half so far on this build. 500 hundred miles of hard Harlan county Ky. Riding. No problems.
Set of shocks coming shortly.

I'm curious about the shortening of the roll cage. I have a height problem getting it in my enclosed trailer. Can you post some more pics of all you had to do to do this. I'm guessing that when you took out the four inches on the windshield vertical pipes on actually had to lengthen the upper front door pipes. Correct??

I was all bout chopping cage. An had to prob cutting the glass windshield/ frame. But the rear hear encloser seems like it can't really be swapped up really

When you chopped the cage, did you just weld it back up or did it create a little different angle after you chopped the 4 inches? Did it fit right back on?

2 3/4" removed from windshield.



Little sealer some stainless machine screws nuts and washers. And you have a 4 inch shorter windshield.

Swap just the left and right pivot arms to opposite side so they swing up reposition clamps. So it has full range of swing out.

Finished product. Factory roof and windshield used.
I can write this rops mod up in a little more detail of each step and put in garage or . Or someone tell me where to put in this forum. If you guys would like. Thanks for the comments.
