My name is Joey. I live in Talladega County Alabama. Relocated here from the Burbs in Georgia due to the wife's family and kids being out here.
I grew up riding ATV's as a friends family owned a few. Never owned one myself however I had been in the market for awhile after I sold all my toys when I moved. (Had a 2000 Honda Prelude with a H22A Swap and a Honda Shadow VLX that I was modifying.)
I bought a 2016 Pioneer 700-4 from a family member here on Valentines day, nice gift from the wife! First time SxS owner. Got it with 130 hours, Garage Kept. I've got 3 kids and 15+ acres to ride on. Mainly got the thing to do utility work around the homestead (I'm in the process of clearing ~4 acres of privet and dense undergrowth for a 30'x50' shop and eventually a site for our house. However I have been severely bit by the bug after just a few days of making mud holes! Damn did I miss getting muddy! Got it really stuck day one about 30 minutes into riding. Took a Track Hoe to get her out.
I am extremely excited to find an active forum, I know that the Polaris / Can-am scene is a bit stronger and I was worried I wouldn't have the same community.
This is a list of my planned Mods in somewhat of the order I want to get them;

- New Wheels and Tires (Need Tires ASAP. I have read that 14"'s can cause problems with rocks getting inside and busting the wheels. Also what are the general opinions on Negative Offset? Higher likelyhood of damage to the front end?)
- Winch
- New Shocks, Fox, Can-Am Swap, or Walker's? Still researching.
- 2.5" Lift, I am after more clearance and a better stance.
- A few Light Bars and 2nd Battery
- Custom Stereo
- Potential ROPS Chop?
