P500 Honda hard windshield cleaner

I got the hard coat Honda windshield and was wondering what people use to clean it with?

Hose rinse then car wash brush and soapy water. Then I do the rest of the rig.

I do just what @air said , just make sure it's a soft bristle brush. I spray mine down real hard to get the major dirt off first.

Don't use paper towels, and preferably no glass cleaner. Honda recommends warm soapy water.

Have you used this on the Honda or any aftermarket hard coat windshields?

I use it on my Honda hardcoat windshield all the time. Use a micro fiber towel. The dealer I bought my Honda from stocks it.

I have the SATV hardcoat windshield on mine and was wondering if Plexus was a safe cleaner/polish (street bike guys seem to love it), so I sent SATV a note. Here's the response -

After looking at this product I will have to say that if you do, only do it for final cleaning. If you go out and get muddy you need to moderately spray down the windshield with the garden hose. Once the heavy dirt is off, we recommend a bucket of warm water with Dawn dishsoap. Once washed and rinsed then if you want to use the plastic cleaner for light dust and smudges it should be OK. But, officially we don't recommend anything but the soap and water.​
