P700 Honda pioneer 700 rough running

My bike is running like a dog from idle to mid rev range as if it’s missing every second beat. I’ve checked fuel pump - pressure and volume good, replaced spark plugs - spark appears good, checked fuel injector, cleaned throttle body with throttle body cleaner. Looking for any other suggestions how to fix it.

This is a good one to read.

P700 - 700 Troubles. Rough idle, throttle kills it, Fan runs, Codes 7, 8, 9 and others.

Working on a friend's Pioneer 700. Said he ran it out of gas then once he refilled it would not run. Will idle very rough any touch of throttle kills it. Fan and coolant light also on. Throwing a number of codes. Too many to keep track of. See video. Also, I have not researched what the...

• plugged air filter
• blocked muffler
• seatbelt switch
• and the bad one, cam lobe wear

Thankyou. Check muffler, check spark arrester - no carbon. Haven’t found anything yet. Photos attached.

Wanted to let everyone know I have fixed my bike. The throttle position censor had stopped working. Replaced the censor and the bike is running well.
