How to post pics

Could someone please tell me how to post pics? I have some and have tried at the upload attachment and there is nothing to select from

you click upload attachment then you click browse to get the picture you want to upload then click add the file then post if the picture is to large you will have to resize it to get it attached some people use sites like photobucket also
