Going to post pics of rides I take in SE Arizona. I hope to add them frequently...hope you guys enjoy.

Still in the break-in period, so I have been taking it easy. I took my family camping for Labor Day...here are the only pics I took:

My boy with a desert painted turtle we found...just down stream of where a mountain lion appears to be crossing.

Na...we usually have enough of those "black, scary guns" with us to fight a decent war. That close to the border, the illegals usually run and get back across before you get to them. I'very never run into the drug smugglers...they stay up in the mountains...but they are well armed, themselves.

I'very always thought it could get a little fun if I ran into a group returning south, after a week running thru the mountains, and have them see a quad that can hold at least 5 of them. What would they do?

It's really fun pulling up on kids camping. We'll roll up on their camp lights off then turn on headlights and gun it. After about 50ft we turn it on and Bluetooth sirens, they put down their drinks and disappear into the woods. We did it Labor Day again

Went to northern Arizona (Big Lake) for fall break.


Gave my oldest a .243 for his birthday...

...little brother manning the mini-14.

So, we went out coyote hunting with the boys, two dogs, and my buddy on the coyote call...and we ran into a pack of Mexican wolves...


I counted 15...might have been more. Scary close. They're protected so you have to take a bite before you can defend yourself. The ranchers up that way hate them. If you notice (if the video works), several have radio collars on. That one had no fear of me. This video was taken several minutes after I stood up and started talking to them.

Ya, Site its self does not support video. There are many video sharing sites online. Most common is youtube.
Once uploaded you can post the link and it will embed into this site.

That is what I get when I put any URL I get from smugmug to share the videos...

Those two you can see to my left, once I pan over, were right up to that barbed wire fence. They retreated slightly when I stood up. As you could see, the one in the woods was not too scared...he really got aggressive once I stood up. We had my buddy's heeler pup with us. She charged the wolf when he howled at me the first time. She had no fear, and the wolf did not know how to react to something as aggressive as it. That was when I thought to grab my phone to take pics/movies. I'm disappointed my phone was so blurry...
