What to buy next? The time of year has come when I get to spoil myself a bit. I'll cut to the chase, I've got it narrowed down to two items and I really can't decide-

Tube bender?
Or
Dobeck AFR+ fuel controller?

They are essentially the same price so that doesn't factor in.
Tube bender offers an endless list of things I could make, possibly even sell. But I ride high altitude fairly often so I think the fuel controller would really make those rides more enjoyable. I know I know, first world problems right? What are your thoughts? I may just let the poll decide!

Tube bender, 'cause I read an earlier post you said you were going to get one... so you obviously need it more. LOL

Plus, You would come closer to indirectly helping us ALL w/ a tube bender... (pics, mods, builds)

Holy Crap! I'm the only one that voted for the tuner.

You are able to bend tubing. You've shown it.

I need you to do the tuner so that I can see if I want one. Damn, I let the cat out of the bag. My reasons to voting Dobeck weren't entirely altruistic.

Hey, the bender was on sale for $109. It will pay for itself quickly.

We must be looking at different benders. But you may have a good idea there!

No I already have one of those and I'm less than satisfied with it's performance. I'm going for an actual tube bender that does professional looking mandrel bends.

That HF one kinks and flattens tube when I try to go beyond a 15-20 degree bend with tube. It really limits what I can do. Crap did I recommend those somewhere? I need to edit that!

There are two I'm considering. The one I'm leaning towards most is by "affordable bender".

Affordable Tube Benders, tube notchers, metal fabrication welding

Bender plus two dies for $400. Not bad.

The other is from Woodward fab. It's basically the same as a JD2 from what I can tell. Little more pricey though. $550 for bender and one die.

I was looking at Affordable also ,l have a small shop ,and l figured it wouldn't take up as much room as the others .Wouldn't have to mount it to the floor.

I wasn't impressed with my Dobeck, exhaust tip, and KN filter combo. I measured with timed runs and could never see a difference.

However, I didn't use the O2 sensor and auto tune.
