I recently used foaming coil cleaner (like you would use on a condenser unit) and it worked way better than I expected. Hose out radiator thoroughly, coat both sides in foam, let sit 5 min, rinse and repeat. I used the simple green variant and every time I did a flush, a bunch of muddy water came out. I was having overheating issues on my last two trips out and this time it never went over 2 bars.

That's probably true, especially when I've been drinking. Always in a hurry to get it in there and occasionally a little slow on getting it out of there in a timely manner.
