Well that's what they get for being a tolerant bleeding heart society. The French will never learn. But I have to give them props for the whole 1776 thing. Where some people did something....

The French people are great. I know quite a few. They just have been over run with undesirables and they're not very happy about it either.
They need to take a page out of the Russians playbook. Watch this. No b.s.

I have many French colleagues that I work with every day. I definitely confirm this.
The touristy parts of Paris are pretty safe except for the occasional pickpocket..the rest...well you better be dam careful and hope your cabbie is legit.
Unfortunately my last trip this past fall I never made it to Notre Dame. The Louve took up too much time.
I'm mostly French and some Portuguese, go figure! HA!I have many French colleagues that I work with every day. I definitely confirm this.

Did you go in ? We were at the pyramid entrance I wanted to see the Mona Lisa's smile but no one else wanted to wait.
Yes spent 3 days there and still didn’t see a fraction of it.
Maybe that's why our French host didn't even want to get us started there but was lucky enough to be escorted by locals in many cathedrals, castles and wineries. Almost all the French I met were very accommodating, friendly and ready to party.
Don't like!Unfortunately there are many areas in Paris have become literal “blank” holes and have many gangs and forms of sharia law.
There’s areas of Paris that look like third world countries with all the trash in the streets and highways.
That’s cool Tim....I was there in 2011. It's very sad to see so much irreplaceable beauty history and architecture destroyed.

Devils advocate here great building , hate to see it destroyed, but is God a Bulding? That’s cool Tim....
$ 160 now, this is crazy! The fire started in the attic. France doesn’t have trees large enough anymore to replace the beechwood beams that were lost, but Macron vows it will be rebuilt inside of 5 years, and over 100 million in donations have already rolled in.
For myself, the building has nothing to do with god. It’s an architectural accomplishment of fantastic proportions. It’s beechwood ceiling was unbelievable. Have you been in it?Devils advocate here great building , hate to see it destroyed, but is God a Bulding?
