I've had this sitting around for a couple months, and finally decided to throw it in after finishing the snorkel install today.
Because of the skid plates, and there being no way those are coming off, I had to go in from the top, 10+ screws, and 10+ body pins later, and some coaxing of all the loosened surround plastic, I got the floor out, what a pain lol.
I thew the floor on the bench, and using some preliminary placement testing I did before pulling the floor out, laid out the mount, taking into consideration all the cross members, and came up with the final mounting position.
The floors are REALLY thin on these units, so I decided some backing was in order so I took the left overs I had from making my snorkel, some 16ga steel sheetmetal, and marked out, and cut out a plate, marked and drilled for holes, and threw a quick couple coats of paint on it to ward off rust as long as possible.
Got it all bolted up, floors and everything put back together, and finished assembling.
