P700 Stand up type gun holder

I once rode with a guy in a Polaris that had this type gun rack/holder. I was great having quick access to our rifles when needed...anyone have one of these? What was involved with mounting it? The floor seems really flimsy.

I get the hebie jibes looking down the barrel of of a gun, even if separated from the rest of the gun for cleaning!

Guns are pointed at the roof when in the holder...I did not feel unsafe at all, especially since we removed our ammo from the chamber while riding.
