Largest civilian Ammo manufacturer shuts down?

The video title claims, "The Largest Civilian Ammo Producer Just Shut Down Production!!", yet nothing in the video mentions or supports that. Huh? I've neither seen nor heard of any shutdown. The only thing I'm aware of is that Czechoslovak Group (CSG) purchased Vista's ammo companies. Vista Outdoor is conducting a massive company restructuring and streamlining its business operations.

The only recent "shutdown" of civilian ammo availability is that the Biden administration reportedly ordered Winchester to stop selling certain excess 5.56 ammo produced Lake City to civilians. The LC plant is owned by the federal government but operated by WInchester under contract.

Yep, you'd be hearing about Cabela's and other places being out of ammunition if this were really the case.

I actually knew them before they got as big as they are now. We all worked the NC/ SC/Tenn gun show circuits. Two short brothers…Nice guys, I’m glad to see them doing so well.
