Use the search engine. Tons of threads about tires.
I run 29" Maxis Bighorns on my LE, although being an LE makes no difference as OEM clearance and offset dimensions are common to all 1000 5's.
Taller and wider than about a 29" x11 x 14 and you likely need lift and perhaps wheel spacers.
JMO, do a search.

Nice ride by the way.

I have about 6000 miles on my LE. Largest tire you can run without lift and spacers is 28x10x14 tires. Any larger they will definitely rub off road especially when turning left due to lower clearance because of footwell around brake pedal compared to passenger side.

I have 30x10R14 on my P1K3, same size all around. The front tires do rub the back of the fenderwell on sharp turns, which only happens at low speed. It makes a lot of noise when it does, but hasn't harmed the fenderwells yet. Been that way 1500 miles or so. The tires are 8 ply Kenda Mastidons DOT and I run 9 PSI in them, the ride is very smooth. If I had 28" tires on those 14x8 rims, they would be kinda low profile and I think the ride would suffer significantly.

Remember, you loose a lot of power with larger tires. My buddy put 29s on his LE and hates them. He can’t make it up some of the rougher trails that I can with my 27s. I live at 8500’ and we ride at 8000-14000’.
