You would think I'm strange I don't mind how dirty it gets but when I done I gets wash by hand top bottom everything . Bleach white for tires , car soap S C 1 when done . I'm not happy till it looks like it never happened. You could see it nasty one day and the next think it was never rode. I know it's anal and strange .

I am still waiting on my Saturday Desert pics. I don't have any it's like an oven here and so dang humid. You feel like your melting
I could send a pic of my machine sitting in the shed in 110 degree heat? Just too hot to ride here...and it's driving me apes***. May get out into higher elevations next weekend...

Well..today was pretty much a bust from a riding standpoint. Went to do a trail called Hackberry Creek. This Trail starts by a currently active mine, and as luck would have it, after driving for nearly two hours to get to it, this mine just happened to be doing road work today and the road itself was closed. Looking around trying to find a back way proved fruitless as it seems to be the only way into this area, save for one hardcore climb out of a canyon that was beyond the capability of a 500, known as chevy hill. So I'm getting ready to load up, but here are some pics...

Ok...I lied...found a side road. Ran out after about 1 mile. Did give me some pics, though...

Damn PowerLines ruin this shot of Devils canyon...

Well.. as I was leaving for real I saw the construction equipment that stopped my trail entry go by on the main Highway. So I went up and checked out the trail one more time and sure enough everyone was gone and the road is open so I took a quick turn down it to check out a couple of the shorter roads, but I'm tired and it's getting late here so I guess I'll have to save the real Trails for the next trip. But I did get some nice shots for you mean time...

For the first time in a couple of months, high temp was under a hundred degrees, so what else would I be doing?

Haven't been up to Saguaro pass in a while. Storm clouds building in the distance.

The forest service recently placed new signs in this area. I got ask, on average, about three times per ride about how to get here or there, so maybe this will help. I also noticed this plaque on some old road work that wasn't there a few months ago...
