P500 Loose parts on top of fuel tank

So I just did the first oil change on my 23 520 and found a couple loose random parts laying on top of the fuel tank as seen in the pics. Any idea what these are?

I've seen those several times before as well in new units.

I've never found what there actually for, we believe it's block offs for the tank or lines before its installed. The line workers leave them behind occasionally.
