It's the cap that goes in the outer frame rail. I lost one of mine last year at Wind Rock. I had the dealer order me 2 so I'll have an extra. Knowing I'll lose another one.

Mine are both gone from the back. I've got some on order now that I have my full skid on to keep them from getting drug off.

lost one of mine, ordered 4 .drilled and pined all 4 with cotter pins. still have 3 spares in glove box. lol
