Memorial weekend ride with @willybill and the Popo’s

First night ride of the weekend
Big weekend of rides. We pretty well stuck to the slow technical stuff all weekend, hundreds of miles doing mainly that, 4-5 hour rides several times a day.
Sam was on my wife’s crf230f the whole weekend other then a few times on the Wolverine.
Had a huge night ride Popos, shot some rounds and had a beer or two.

Following day was a laid back day till the night ride. We cruised down to the river and put some easy miles in.

We had 40 people up at our site last weekend. @WillyBill is still there along with our machines and a friends family’s. Will be headed back next weekend, be a little quieter lol.
Was chaotic at times as a few didn’t have machines and there were 12 kids but everyone had fun.

Daughter riding and helping the little ones. Was just last year she was on a kids bike she’s always been a big help with kids.

Did some shooting. Some first shots fired amongst the group also.

And enjoyed the scenery

Riding with the Rzr’s. They were slooooww behind us and struggled fiercely with certain sections the Pioneer’s and Wolverine easily went. Started with 6 and 2 left after the first trail. We had to go easier on them then where we have fun sometimes, it’s amazing what even 1in of width can cost you up in here. The Pioneer 1000 is excellent at making its own path but proved hard to follow at times. @WillyBill kicked ass on the 500 and made up the back for a lot of it, it was nice to see his blue lights and know we were ok to roll again.
One broke a control arm and another had broken front diff. Most of the guys had a great time and were loving it but when asked later for another run the next day it was all no’s. One guy said he didn’t have enough fenders to go again. It was fun though and we rode from 8:30pm till 2:30am. Great times.
