Based on the name alone... 100% a scam.
All the stated methods should be considered CASH...
You would be sending cash to a African scammer.
You are not covered by any "fruad protections" becasue YOU chose to send the money.
The money being sent is not the issue... That is considered legit. As YOU DID SEND IT...
Thus not the banks fault.
Which is different kind of fraud vs someone hacking your account or using your card without your approval.
Issue is the products you paid for never arrive.
This is where credit card protections come into play for goods not received.
And why they dont take credit cards.
There are ways to fund venmo, paypal, and cashapp via a credit card tho...
But those may not be covered becasue the money did in fact make it to its destination. IE paypal/cashapp.
