P700 Mounting the winch solenoid

Recently purchased a kfi winch and winch mount. Having trouble determining where to mount the solenoid, under the hood I have the heater and the accessory fuse box, so no room for it there. Under seat seems close to the exhaust to me but I don't know. Any help would be appreciated

I crammed mine in beside battery.

I put mine under the hood with a heater and fuse block
