I'll be there Saturday morning. I've been working on my trailer all night installing my Erickson wheel chock tie-down kit. I've broken regular tie down straps the last two trips. Just need to rewire the trailer thanks to my dog and I'm all ready!
Are you taking a female? My buddy bought a 700 in November is coming with his wife, she feels a little weird, if she's the only female. By the way she does most of the driving, she really gets into it. If she had short hair, you would think she's one of the guys. HA!

I've got to find some really heavy duty tie downs for my S x S the back straps failed, one the stitching failed on the loop. the other one had the hook straighted out. Would like to find tie downs rated at 2000 lbs. These 3500 pounders are not acceptable if you have a crash, I know!
Well thats not right, can't remember what the ones I have are rated at per, don't think there any where near 2000 LBS

Already cut the sidewall on two tires and bent a tie rod. Headed back to Honda in Springdale or fort smith tomorrow morning to try and get repairs... ugh!

Bummer, running stock tires? Springdale had to order stock front when I busted mine. What kind of pressure you running? Bent tie rod and two busted tires, there's more to this story.

If you can't get it fixed, I will have an open passenger seat in the front.

Where were you when the carnage happened? Is this something I need to worry about riding the marked trails at Mill Creek?

We were on the national forest side. Just a fluke deal I think man. Don't worry about it. I wish I had a cool story to go with it but I don't.

Put 4 new rockabilly tires on it at he Yamaha dealer this morning. Only set I could find in stock in NW Arkansas. Seem to have good reviews online. Headed back to mulberry now! Round 2 is coming up. Sending my super atv intimidators out on Monday to have them vulcanized and patched at a semi shop. Have a backup set of tires.

Ya it's odd that they are punctured in almost identical spots

Nope. Right front and left rear. Happened within about 15 minutes of each other though. I bent the tierod when I nailed a rock with the right front. That's what cut the tire and bent the steering.
