I would say no, They did well. They're 26's and measured like 25&3/4 inch.

No, its factory. I have never believed in snorkeling a exhaust. I think they're stupid and you're just asking for more trouble if it goes under. Just keep the pressure there and it wont be a issue.

Ya, I pondered this hole several times. My buddy has a Rincon with a snorkel and it cleared it no issue. We decided the snorkel on the Pioneer was above the water line from his run. So I hit it.

I didn't mean a snorkel necessarily. More something a long the lines of like a Swamp Series HMF, that cuts down on suck back.
